I Am Taking Lovenox And Have Been Having Muscle Pains

I am taking Lovenox and have been having muscle pains (sometimes with a numb feeling along with the pain) mostly in migh rt thigh and some in the rt hip and on down the right calf and into the foot. This morning I was very weak and shaky. I looked at the leaflet and it listed muscle weakness as well as numbness under the list of side effects to call you dr. right away. Since I will not have access to my doctor until Tuesday, I am not sure what to do. Can you tell me why these symptoms are listed under contact dr. right away? what it might mean? and how serious this side effect might be?
