I Am Taking Montek LC (Sun Pharma)Tablet Since Last 3

I am taking Montek LC (Sun Pharma)Tablet Since last 3 to 3.5 yaers, I take this tablet every alternate day, it gives me relief from my Breathing problem and from nasal discharge, but since last 2 weeks I am feeling Fatigue, fear of death, and sometimes i feel that my heart beats are not normal (90 to 100 beats per minute) i just want to know that all these problems are due to Montek LC or there is some other issue with my health??? Should i continue taking Montek LC ignoring all side effects or should i stop taking it. please advice
