I Am Taking Montelukast NA 10 Mg And Certirizine Hcl

I am taking Montelukast NA 10 mg and certirizine hcl 10mg Almost my whole body has broken out with red bumps similar to measles. My skin (especially on arms burn and stings) I also have Psorasis. As these bumps dry up they turn into what looks like psorasis. I have had Psorasis for 60 years and never had this happen before.Could I be having a reaction to these two medicines. I have also been taking Doxycycline 50 mg for dry eye for a prolonged period
