I Am Taking NIFEDIPINE (EQV-CC) 90 MG SA Tab Once

I am taking NIFEDIPINE (EQV-CC) 90 MG SA Tab once a day (AM). I will run out 3 days before my refill arrives by mail. I have some same ones in 60 MG should I perhaps cut them in half and take 1-1/2 tab or just take one 60 MG tablet until my refill arrives? Concerned because they are extended release type and not sure you can cut them
