I Am Taking Nexium And Still Waking With Acid Reflux

I am taking Nexium and still waking with acid reflux at 3 AM or so. Goes away in an hour or so. Going to have the Gall Bladder ultra sound next week what should I eat or not eat to for less discomfort in the mean time. Everything I eat seems to make me feel like burping. No nausea though
