I Am Taking Norco 5mg 3xd For My Severe H/a

I am taking Norco 5mg 3xd for my severe h/a s and I also have spurs in c2 and 3 in my neck I find that I need to also take during my day Excedrin 2 tabs or more throughout the day and I may have to include Ibuprofen 400mg to 800mg so what I would love to take the less amount of pills and please pain relief what could I tell my doctor to have me try
