I Am Taking R-Cinex 450 Mg Before Break Fast, One

I am taking R-Cinex 450 mg before break fast, one capsule combutol 800 after break fast and one half tablet benadon 10 mg after lunch. I feel nausea for most of the time. Can you advise as to why I feel nausea after taking the doze of medicine. I shallwait for your reply. In addition to above dose of medicine I also take one capsule named zevit & continue feeling the same problem.
