I Am Taking A ZPak For Sinus Infection Which Is

I am taking a ZPak for sinus infection which is draining in my ears and causing me to have only muffled hearing.. I still run a slight fever. Can I take Tylenol with the Zpak which I took my last does this morning.. I thought my ears would have cleared by now
