I Am Taking An Antibiotic Metronizide For Treatment Of A

I am taking an antibiotic Metronizide for treatment of a STD called Trichinosis, I am taking 500mg twice a day and my doctor said I could take 4 pills at once if I choose for a quicker result, because Im on bp pills I choose the two a day treatment, Im on my 3rd day and still have burning while peeing and blood in urine...should I take the 4 at once regime cause this pain is UNBEARABLE!!!
