I am taking atacand and synthroid at night as prescribed by my GP; having recent blood work, I was told that I had very low levels of thyroid so my GP increased dosage to 88 mg. Does atacand and synthroid taken at night interact with each other? I note some internet information say that synthroid should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. Continue as prescribed by GP or take atacand at night and synthroid in the morning? I suffer from insominia and usually feel extremely exhausted at mid day.
