I Am Taking Combination Of Telmisarten 40mg Plus Hydrchlorothiazide 12.5mg

I am taking combination of telmisarten 40mg plus hydrchlorothiazide 12.5mg for Htn I feel joint pains and increased urination can I stop hydrchlorothiazide and take only telmisarten 40mg twice daily my Uric acid is about 9.8mg/dl. Should I start allopurinol or feboxostat at this stage. Combination drug I am taking only one time daily
