I Am Taking Estradiol & Provera...I Missed Taking These Two

I am taking estradiol & provera...I missed taking these two drugs for a few days & after resuming taking I
notice my breast nipples had become sore.. Will this stop after a few more days of continuing my hormone replacement meds or should I see my Gyn.
