I Am Taking Fertility Medications And Injections For Past One

I am taking fertility medications and injections for past one month..am 27 yrs old.my left ovary follicle measures less than 10mm on 12th day. Then 23 x 22 mm on 15th day..after that 26 x 23 mm on 17th day..is that normal.. will it rupture..is there possibility to conceive this month?
