I Am Taking Galvus Met 50/500 With Insujen 30/70 Along

I am taking galvus met 50/500 with insujen 30/70 along with thyronorm-50 since last 3yrs. I feel stomach upset and sometime dizziness and swallowing in my ankle. I m worried. So pl suggest. I complained to my dr. but he does nothing n aked to continue.
