I Am Taking Hydrocodone 10mg/acetamephine 325 Mg And Naproxen 375

I am taking hydrocodone 10mg/acetamephine 325 mg and naproxen 375 mg. Is it safe to take. I do read that it can be hard on the kidneys. I am taking the naproxen for my osteoarthritis in the lumbar region of my back. The bone spur squeezes my nerves on the right and left sides coming out of the nerves across my hips and making my thighs numb most of the time. I have been suffering with this excruciating pain for well over a year now. I go to the VA hospitals. I had a MRI done on Jan 8th and they said the results showed I definitely had degenerative joint disease. The way the VA wants to treat it is with the medication mentioned above. The have also contracted out to a civilian clinic for some sort of treatment involving putting something on my back with some sort of electrodes to calm the muscles that continue to cramp and spasm in my back. Well, I don't know if I took the naproxen less that 12 hours (by mistake) but during the night I woke up vomiting continuously for several hours (about 6 hours off and on). My wife wants me to discontinue taking it altogether. I will call the VA but it takes up to a week before they answer me by phone and I really need some answers now and I am hoping that you will be the ones who could help me.
