I Am Taking Levothyroxine 50mcg & Liothyronine 5mcg For Low

I am taking levothyroxine 50mcg & liothyronine 5mcg for low thyroid. I do not feel any better. It has not helped with fatigue, brain fog or losing weight. Is there something else I could be taking to help?
Would HGB drops interfere with these drugs?
