I Am Taking Lisinopril 40MG One Tablet Twice Daily. I

I am taking lisinopril 40MG one tablet twice daily. I also have to take Citracal Calcium supplement every day because I had two of my parathyroids removed. Are there interactions between the calcium and lisinopril? I am so fatigued all the time and my body aches all over. Does lisinopril have hydrachlortherazide in it? I cant take that. Also, my blood pressure is still high (it varies quite a lot) sometimes it's 190/100.
