I Am Taking Logynon And I Have Done For About

I am taking logynon and I have done for about 17 months now. I realised a few days ago that I have been taking them in the wrong order. What will happen?

Another question is, is it safe to take my logynon without having a break so I won't come on my period as I am going away for 2 weeks and due on my period whilst I am on a holiday in Egypt?
