I Am Taking Medication For Tonsillitis, I'm On Day Two.

I am taking medication for tonsillitis, I'm on day two. But I've had the most horrific taste in my mouth that made me physically sick. I had lots a white stuff/stones? On my tonsils. I got abit obsessed and tore/cut the middle of my tonsil. It bled and now I'm scared of what will happen.
