I Am Taking Metformin And Januvia And My Last A1c

I am taking metformin and Januvia and my last a1c was 7.0. I never have a blood sugar level of less than 100. It ranges from 115 after two hours from eating to around 200 when I am out drinking and eating. Is periodic 200s if at you next reading in the morning around 125 or so?
