I Am Taking Metocard Xl 25mg Daily, The B.P Has

I am taking metocard xl 25mg daily, the B.P has come down to 102/66. The doctor advised to discontinue it for two months. Again it shoot to 144/110.
Started again , it has again fallen to earlier level.
Now he has suggested S.numlo 2.5mg to control.
