I Am Taking Minocycline And I Am Very Light Headed

I am taking minocycline and I am very light headed and do not feel normal. I took it last night, I was just wondering how long it takes to get out of your system. I also have a mild headache so I just took some Tylenol. I have an eye doctor apt routine checkup at 3:15 pm today not sure if I should drive.
