I Am Taking Parasite Medication For Dexification, However I Seeing

I am taking parasite medication for dexification, however I seeing alot of things coming out that look like gel like threads -mucus like long threads which later expands and look wider as they stay in toilet cold water. Are these worms ? if they are what kind of parasites are these? Also can worms live in human muscle also apart from the gut? A lope like object -very long as my arm also came out my body too. it was in small membrane which looks like that of a sausage. what could this be?
