I Am Taking Plavix To Protect A Stent Installed June

I am taking plavix to protect a stent installed June 1, 2015. Fish oil supplement caused bruzing and bleeding when shaving. Can I stop the plavix at 1 yr. and take a fish oil supplement? Dr. Barry Sanders seems to think fish oil is preferable to prescript. Meds but doesn't comment on the use as an alt. to plavix. Please advise. Is fish oil an anti coagulant. Will it continue to protect my stent?
