I Am Taking Prednisone 8mg In Morning And 8mg In

I am taking prednisone 8mg in morning and 8mg in evening. I am on a reducing plan I was taking 20 then in a month I started to reduce dose. The pills are both white the 1 mg and the 5 mg. I think I have been taking taking 5 5mg instead of 1 5 and 3 1 mg. For the last couple of days . My feet has started to swell. What should I do about the does. I took the morning dose and I was about to take the evening dose when I discovered the mistake should I not take any more tonight and start again in morning. Thank you Shirley knox
