I Am Taking Prednisone For A Back Injury. Will Finish

I am taking prednisone for a back injury. will finish meds tomorrow. before the injury to my back, I was prescribed omeprazole for the extreme pain I am experiencing in my stomach (just below rib cage). I did not start the omeprazole because of the possible interference with the steroids. Was I right to postpone the omeprazole?
