I Am Taking Pseudoepjedrine 120mg 2xday And Meclizine 50mg 2xday.

I am taking pseudoepjedrine 120mg 2xday and meclizine 50mg 2xday. I started a vertigo feeling last sat from the back of my head and the doctor said it is probably sinuses in the back. Tonight i noticed that my eyes are dialated. Could that be from the meds. Made me more than a little scared. Should i call the eye doctor in the morning?
