Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am taking ropinirole .5 mg 1x at bedtime for RLS. I was wanting to take some cold meds that said it could interact with Parkinson's medication. I know that ropinirole is used for parkinsons. The cold meds have 10 mg of phenylephrine hcl, 20 mg dextromethorphan and 400 mg guaifenesin. Best I can tell from the site is that there is not really a problem taking these meds together. Is this correct?
