I Am Taking Sertraline 100 Mg And Synth Road .112mcg

I am taking sertraline 100 mg and synth road .112mcg and cardizem 300mg. I now have a nasty head cold and no fever just very stuffy and my head and sinuses are really sore. I also am experiences mild positional vertigo. Can I take phenylephrine for these symptoms (over the counter)?
