I Am Taking Sibelium Since 11/2 Month. I Feel Better.It

I am taking sibelium since 11/2 month. I feel better.It had side effects in beginning but now i am adjusted also not getting headaches. But once in a week or so . Can I stop sibelium? A neurologist had advised me on sibelium but in between I had contacted my family doctor. He said you have to take it for two years.My neurologist had suggested me two months. I didnt know what sibelium is for but after googling Im scared whether i will be addicted. Can I stop it ?If I stop whether there will be side effects.
