I Am Taking Sublinx. I Have Been For Some Time

I am taking sublinx. I have been for some time and it worked at just 5 mg. However recently because of stress in my life my mind isn't shutting off and I am needing 10 mg. This is becoming a problem tonight I tried to reverse my runaway sleep pattern and tried to go to bed early. But after taking 10 mg with no luck I took another 5mg. But I am still up. Once last week I took 40 mg. I need to find another solution. Being up late in the evenings depressed about my life is not good.
