I Am Taking Tramadole And Gabapentin Together For Pain And

I am taking tramadole and gabapentin together for pain and it is making my solar plexis hurt like an elephant is sitting on my chest. I can barely breathe. Is this normal and will it continue like this for as long as I take the medications? I was in an accident and this is what my doctor gave me for pain,
