I Am Taking Ursodiol-c 500mg 2 Tablets Once Daily Ca.

I am taking ursodiol-c 500mg 2 tablets once daily ca. Over 2.5 years now, for my primary pulmonary
Cirrossis. I also taking 1 tablets pantoprazole 40mg, omega-3 1000mg twice, and vitamin D 1000IU twice daily.
Now days I feel tightness around my stomach area.
Are the medications interfering somehow? What are you suggesting?
Please advise. Thank you.
