I Am Taking Vistaril Every 6 Hours For Treatment Of

I am taking vistaril every 6 hours for treatment of anxiety . my period hasnt been normal this month , i have been spotting brown blood for 13 days now , the spotting comes and goes and is mostly when i go to the bathroom . i am 34 years old , i always have normal cycles with normal flow of pink blood for 7 days , but this month is different and ive never expirenced this before . what is wrong ? I have a heavy feeling and a dull aching in my pelvic region of my lower abdomen. I am not sure what to do .
