I Am Taking Warfarin And Went To Lab For Blood

I am taking warfarin and went to lab for blood test. Levels pretty high so Dr. wants me to adjust my dose. She left me a message on my phone and I could not make out just what she said but she did say try not to .......... and if you have any problems go to the ER. Well I don't know what to look for and I don't know \what it is that i am to try not doing
