I Am Ten Weeks Pregnant And Just This Week Started

I am ten weeks pregnant and just this week started getting sick. Puked white foamy substance before my food finally came up last night. I have also been living in my bed I am soo tired all the time. Is this normal? I just want to sleep all day and night, of course it's always restless sleep
