I Am That I Have A Food Allergy. Being In

I am that I have a food allergy. Being in the VA system I need to give evidence of the allergy before they will do testing. I have eliminated dairy from my diet and that helped but I still have diarrhea and a bloated stomach. I also have constant pain for about 2 hrs after I eat. I do take a med for hiatial hernia.
