I Am The MPA For My 51 Year Old Sister

I am the MPA for my 51 year old sister who has been diagnosed with MS about 25 years ago. my sister currently lives a Nursing Home Facility. She does have compromised kidney function from a Septic/ Renal Failure that occurred 12 years ago. Currently my sister has has 3 UTI's in the last 4 months. We are scheduled to see her Urologist's NP on Monday. What questions should I ask pertaining to the MS and the Kidney function?
