I Am The Last Tecfidera Patient With PML Still Living.

I am the last tecfidera patient with PML still living. Physically, I am doing ok, but the cognitive is not so good. The bigger test is the headaches. They are constant. I am prescribed opiates which I will not take. do you have any recommendations. thanks
