I Am Thinking I Need To Go To A New

I am thinking I need to go to a new Endo Doc.I am with Kaiser and they treat me like I am a hypochondriac . I have a large visible goiter on my left side and two smaller ones you cannot see on my ight. I have been through numerous ultrasounds and painful biopsies. And blood tests, and they always say everything is fine. But its not fine it hurts often and my hair has started to thin, and I have always had a keen sense of smell but my sense of smell is like a wolf right now its weird. I am sometimes really tired but I also have a very busy life. I just cant seem to find any real answers
