I Am Thinking About Getting This Skin Cyst Or Cherry

I am thinking about getting this skin cyst or cherry angioma removed or treated for shrinkage. It is not painful, but it is growing and it seems the older I get the larger it get. They say it is not cancerous, but if I put pressure on it, it starts to hurts. Should I be concerned.
