I Am Thinking Of Scuba Diving But I Have A

I am thinking of scuba diving but I have a retracted eardrum. What can I do? I really can't afford to spend money on this question I just need an answer because this is really stressful I dont know if I should dive or not and I cant spend $15 on this I just need to know. I actually cant pay so I dont know who i can talk to because im also getting on a plane in a couple days and dont have time for a doctor in person
