I am thinking yesterday afternoon that I might of torn a muscle on my left side after lifting my husband extension ladder and picking it up to put in the garage. I have spinal issues. i was fine for about a half hour and when I cam in to have dinner last night I was having a hard time breathing without some pain and just getting up from sitting was so painful I cried..
