I Am Thirteen Years Old, About 5' 3". My Waist

I am thirteen years old, about 5' 3". My waist circumference is about 35 inches.

My BMI said I was overweight.

I drink water every night, I snack sometimes after school. I exercise every other day

And, if it helps, I have an Endomorphic shape.

Any tips to lose weight?
