I Am Tired A Lot. I Have Irritated Skin Behind

I am tired a lot. I have irritated skin behind my ears, in my belly button, on the outside of my anus and two round dry skin marks on my backside of each calf. I suffer from allergies. I had an allergy injection yesterday and that usually helps with tiredness but not so far. The skin issues are there all the time.
