I Am Tired All The Time, And I Sweat So

I am tired all the time, and I sweat so much that I do not get dressed and get out of the house but four days a month. I have underlying nausea. I'm not sick enough to vomit, but it makes me want to sit very still , so I don't even stand for long, often letting housework go. It's bad enough that I need help.
When I urinate, it smells very strong (like a men's bathroom). I had these symptoms before my current medications, especially the horrible sweating. The back of my neck is always soaking wet... even my forearms sweat. I have shortness of breath and heart palpitations. Often my ferritin is low, but this happens even when I have normal levels. My doctor wants to test me for thyroid problems, yet I think it has been normal in the past. My blood pressure is normal.
Meds I currently take are; Tramadol, Klonopin, Lyrica, Meloxicam, accutane, and belsomra.
I only started taking these meds in the last six months, and I have had the symptoms before I ever started them (except the strong urine) I think that might be caused by one of my meds like tramadol or lyrica. I have had gastric bypass surgery ten years ago and have a very poor diet and ability to absorb anything. I take vitamins, hoping they will absorb. I have always felt fatigued, but now that I'm 45, I feel like I could just be sitting here and die. I have gone to my doctor, but they say go to the ER. I've gone to the ER, but they say go to the doctor. blood tests always appear normal, except for low ferritin, magnesium, and vitamin D. Is there anything I can take to stop sweating so much? Not sure yet about thyroid... still need it tested
