I Am Transitioning From Citalopram To Wellbutrin Sr. This Is

I am transitioning from citalopram to wellbutrin sr. This is only day 5 but if i am having some of the following symptoms should i worry and see doctor or wait a few more days. Still not much of an appetite, energy is better, little shaky at times, seems to be working on my hormones and i seemed to want to have a slight maybe panic attack feelings today. PLEASE help advice is greatly appreciated
