I Am Traveling For 6 Days To The Galapagos Islands,

I am traveling for 6 days to the Galapagos Islands, staying on a boat. I have a history of motion sickness and also have BPPH. Would a scopolamine patch be appropriate for me. If so, if using the patch, do I avoid antihistamines, such as Meclazine? Thank you.
