I Am Treating A Patient With Recent Episodes Of Anxiety

I am treating a patient with recent episodes of Anxiety / panic Disorder, that includes what appears to be Globus Hystericus based on the tracking of the incidents over a period of 2 weeks. There is no other anxiety Hx. He will also be referred to neurologist for screening as he notes a 'warm 'sensation at the back of his head /neck during the three one hour episodes documented. While this may be only a isolated psychological condition, once physical issues are ruled out, I am interested in any suggestions for the Tx plan
