I Am Trying Out Different Hypertension Medication To See What

I am trying out different hypertension medication to see what works for me with minimum side effects. I get tired easily sometimes no energy at all, also my body and legs ache. I have been taking alapren but that does not seem to work, Pharmapress seems to work best but my medical aid does not approve this as a chronic medication. What else can I take that has the same strength.
